• Orders with an amount of €37 and more are delivered free of charge in Lithuania.
• When purchasing goods up to €37 delivery fee to “Smartpost Itella” pick-up points:
  • In Lithuania “Smartpost Itella” €2.00. The goods are delivered in Lithuania within 1-2 working days.
  • In Latvia “Smartpost Itella” €3.62. The goods are delivered in Lithuania within 2-3 working days.
  • In Estonia “Smartpost Itella” €3.62. The goods are delivered in Lithuania within 3-4 working days.
• Home delivery by courier:
  • In Lithuania – “itella” courier €4.50. The goods are delivered in Lithuania within 1-2 working days.
  • In Latvia by “itella” courier €8.11. The goods are delivered in Lithuania within 2-3 working days.
  • In Estonia by “itella” courier €9.32. The goods are delivered in Lithuania within 3-4 working days.
• Our parcels are delivered by courier service Itella. Itella Lietuva is part of the international Finnish logistics company Posti. Itella Lietuva provides almost all logistics and shipment services, which include: road, sea and air transportation, storage and courier services in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Finland. Since 2020, a new service has started to be provided – Smartpost, a network of its own parcel terminals.
• About Smartpost:
  • The terminals are located inside the shopping center.
  • A person does not need to wait in line – as many people as there are sections can pick up parcels at the same time.
  • Parcels are stored for 7 days.
  • Temperature-sensitive products can be stored.
